Our mission is to preserve and restore, to promote and promulgate, the teachings of the original Chen Family Taijiquan (Tai Chi) from Chen Village where Tai Chi was created under the lineage of Tai Chi creator Chen Wangting in efforts to educate and improve health and well being through physical practice. Also, it is to maintain the original martial-arts practical methods as taught in Chen Village.
We offer the oldest Tai Chi practices by donations to serve a community.
All of our teachers are professionally trained by Chen Bing Taiji Academy USA and Master Bosco Baek who is 'Chen Village Intangible Culture Tai Chi Successor' from Chen Village.
They are also US national Tai Chi champions from various international tournaments.
Tai Chi can be easily adapted for anyone, from the most fit to people confined to wheelchairs or recovering from surgery.
Tai Chi addresses the key components of fitness — muscle strength, flexibility, balance, and, to a lesser degree, aerobic conditioning.
